Let's get the whole gang together! Take advantage of any opportunity to add Grandma and Grandpa, aunts and uncles, and cousins too. Your big, crazy family doesn't scare me as I'm related to quite the crowd myself ;) and wouldn't it be nice to let someone else tell Uncle Frank to pay attention and look at the camera? haha.
I will work with you to to choose a location that will fit your group's size and needs. If steps are hard for Grandma, or Grandpa needs a place to sit, I got you. Side note of my own personal thoughts: you will never regret adding Grandma and Grandpa to your photo session. I'd love to help capture those precious people while you have them.
Together we will choose an outdoor location where your family can relax and have fun together. I have many favorite locations that I can suggest, depending on your style, or I'm open to ideas that you have too.
"Perfection" is not hoped for or required. As you'll notice, your gallery will include traditional (everyone looking at the camera) and lifestyle (in-motion photos that have a more candid feel) portraits that emphasize emotion and family interaction. Just be yourselves and have fun and let's fill your walls or social media with images of your darling family as-is!

After getting done with this photoshoot I knew the pictures would be amazing and Savannah did not disappoint. At first, a few family members had reservations...
"She showed a real genuine interest in my family and inquired about my wishes and expectations well before the actual shoot date... and suggested a great location that turned out to be perfect with beautiful fall color. At first, a few family members had reservations about having their picture taken and were not looking forward to the shoot, but, rather quickly they relaxed due to Savannah's bubbly and fun personality which put the whole family at ease. She was even able to get my dad to smile a genuine smile in many of the photos. This requires talent! Savannah made it personal and fun. We received our online gallery in a timely manner and were all thrilled with the beautiful portraits she captured. It's not required for you to print through me but there will be an online store attached to your gallery where you can buy professional prints and products of the highest quality, if you wish.

Within 2-4 weeks of your session, (sometimes a little longer during the fall busy season) I'll send you the link to your private, online gallery of beautiful memories. You can easily download all the high resolution images and print and share as you please.

Click one of the yellow booking buttons throughout my site and fill out my simple contact form to let me know which family session you're interested in. Then we can discuss your timeframe and nail down a date for your session.

Next I'll email you the digital "paperwork". All sessions require a $250 non-refundable retainer fee (that goes toward your session fee). The remainder is due on or before your session date. I'll also send you a brief questionnaire that will help me customize the session to your family. Upon completion, you're officially booked and on my calendar!

Likely your first thought after booking is- Now what are we going to wear?? So, next I'll send you a PDF guide to help you get inspired and get started so we can have the best session ever. If we haven't chosen a location yet, now would be the time to get that figured out so I can take care of obtaining a photography permit if needed.

We will meet at our location and just start with some introductions to help calm the family, answer any questions and to help your kids get warmed up to me. I will do everything in my power to make it fun and easy on all of you so that your joy shines through in your images and you remember your session with a smile :)
